3. Orchid Wall Art
Create a contemporary floral art wall decoration using creative design and construction techniques, where the display is to be mounted on the wall panels. Condition of flowers and other materials shall be monitored and maintained to maximize its lifespan for the 10 days exhibition.
• A “Title” is to be adopted and be displayed beside the design.
• 60% of fresh orchid, 30% of dried materials and 10% of other ornaments are to be used.
• Staples, nails, screws or permanent fixture are allowed on the individual wall panel ONLY.
• Displays need to be fully completed by 7.00pm on 20th June.
• Judging will commence on 21st June morning.
• The judges' decision is final and no comments will be entertained.
• Winners will be announced on the official opening on, 22nd June 2013.
• The participants need to dismantle and clear away ALL their design and
displayed materials on 1st July 2013, Morning.
