1. Event Decoration – Dining table setting décor / Pelamin setting
The participant will need to create an innovative contemporary feel, with a dash of cultural elements, for a special celebration in a specific venue, with the choice of either, Dining table setting décor or Pelamin setting. Props are NOT provided and the set up display must be designed with water retaining material which could be maintained and presentable for the 10 days exhibition period.

• A “Title” is to be adopted and be displayed beside the design.

• 70% of fresh flower and foliages, 30% of other ornaments are to be used.

• The display must be staged within the booth size.

• Displays need to be fully completed by 7.00pm on 20th June 2013.

• Judging will commence on 21st June 2013 morning.

• The judges' decision is final and no comments would be entertained.

• Winners will be announced on the official opening date of 22nd June 2013.

• The participants need to dismantle and clear away ALL their design and
displayed materials latest by 1st July 2013, Morning.
